The "Get The Ruck Out!" memorial ruck march is free for everyone! We are on a mission to encourage wellness, fight a sedentary lifestyle, and move forward a healthier Kansas! NEW: This year we are incorporating two additional pieces to the Ruck March. - Team Ruck Race: Four-Person teams compete for healthy prizes and the new GTRO Trophy!
